OILES 500# Thrust Washer is backed with Tin-Copper. OILES 500# Thrust Washer surface is regularly and finely machined with sockets in which particular solid lubricant is filled.

JDB Copper Bearings is a special formulation of Tin-Copper based body surface at a certain angle and density of embedded solid lubricant specially formulated by precision machining.

OILES 500# Thrust Washer Copper based and processed by turning technics. OILES 500# Thrust Washer can be made oil grooves on the inner surface and outside surface to reach a better lubricating effect.

For instance, on light industrial machines, machine tools, moving belt in the drying machine, door of the fireplace, on no oil parts on the building, metallurgy and transportation machines, etc.
