DP4 red PTFE bushings offer good wear and low friction performance over a wide range of loads, speeds and temperatures in dry running conditions.

Hydraulic bushings commonly used in automotive suspensions are expected to damp low-frequency high-displacement vibrations,

and also contribute to high-frequency acoustic isolation from relatively small displacements.

Hydraulic bushings typically have two hydraulic chambers connected by a channel.

The resonance of the fluid in the channel creates a mass-dampening effect.

A one-piece intermediate tube is used in some designs to improve the durability of the bushing and to separate the working part from

the elastomeric bushing where loads are removed from the outside of the elastomeric bushing where the channels are formed and the fluid seal

is provided for the fluid inside the bushing.

Hydraulic Bushing Feature

It is made of tin bronze as a matrix, sintered bronze spherical powder in the middle and laminated PTFE and high temperature resistant filler materials

on the surface and combined with the principle of oil cylinder and damper .

It has a high safety factor and is particularly suitable for places where continuous work cannot be interrupted for repairs and

where high temperatures cannot be refueled, especially suitable for frequent reciprocal occasions with a high inclination.
